We know a lot is different right now. Therefore, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to shop from Gallerian wherever you are. Just give us a call or use our chat to get personal shopping service and place your order. We’ll shop, pack and deliver it to you on the same day!
This is how it works:
- Call +46 (0) 70 974 96 33 or use the automated chat to place your order. You can order from any of our shops.
- By phone, FaceTime or chat you’ll get personal service and the help you’ll need to pick out everything you wish to order. If you don’t really know what you want yet, we’ll help you with that as well.
- When your order is done, we’ll call you back and at the same time charge you via Swish.
- As soon as the transaction is finalized, a receipt for your order will be sent together with a tracking link so that you can track the delivery. Via that link, you can also specify if you’d like the package to be left outside your door or delivered in person.
The home delivery costs 49 SEK
Your order is delivered the same day between 18-22. We deliver to all addresses within 20 km from Gallerian. All deliveries are transported by electric car.

How much do you have to spend?
There is no minimum amount you need to spend in order to be able to use the home delivery service.
We’re open for deliveries Monday-Saturday and our goal is to deliver all orders the same day. If you, however, place an order after delivery closes, your order will be delivered on the next day.
Mon-Fri 10:00 p.m. - 6 p.m. (delivery calls close at 4 p.m.)
Sat 10:00 p.m. - 6 p.m. (delivery calls close at 4 p.m.)
All deliveries are traceable and you can specify if you’d like the package to be left outside your door or delivered in person.
Do you live further away than 20 km from Gallerian but still want to place an order? We can of course help with that! Your package will be sent with Postnord and an additional fee will be added. Call +46709749633 if you want more information about this.
In the event of a possible delay, we’ll make sure to contact you, though no compensation can be made. In case of too many orders being made at the same time, exceeding our ability to help everyone out we reserve the right to deny any order. In the event of an order being cancelled, rules for returns apply according to the text below.
Payments, open purchases and rights to exchange
When the delivery arrives at your door and you’ve paid via Swish, you get a receipt from the store/stores. If you’d like to exchange or return a product we ask you to visit the store yourself. The terms and conditions regarding open purchases and exchanges apply as usual.
If you have received an order through Postnord and wish to make a return/exchange we ask you to contact the store directly.
Which products can be delivered?
We will use electric cars as our delivery vehicle but we ask for your understanding regarding products that are too big or heavy for one person to carry. We do not deliver food, fika or products with age restrictions. If you would like to order food or fika from our restaurants and cafés we recommend using Foodora, Wolt or Uber Eats.
